LSR

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) adalah karet silikon yang dibuat dari senyawa cair. Bagian utama senyawa cair ini adalah polimer silikon dan fumed silica, yang dikenal sebagai bahan anti panas yang tidak beracun. Liquid silicone rubber juga mempunyai karakteristik karet silikon sebagai berikut.

  • Tahan panas: dapat digunakan hingga pada temperatur lebih dari 200° dalam jangka waktu yang lama
  • Tahan dingin: fleksibel pada suhu -50°C~-90°C
  • Properti mekanis yang baik: pada kondisi suhu tinggi

1. Product Description

SL5108 is a transparent and addition type, two component silicone gel. The mixing ratio of Part A (SL5108A) and Part B (SL5108B) is 1:1 by weight percent. It cures with heat in a short period of time to tacky gel.

2. Applications

Skin patch for wound treatment and other uses.

5. How to use

This product blend A and B to 1:1. For appropriate gel property A and B are blended homogeneously and in vacuum some cases. After blending each component pour into electric assemblies or etc. In some applications are critical to air you can vacuum whole assemblies with pouring mixed compounds. Curing takes place without any heat release but can be accelerated by heating.

6. Handling Precautions

  1. Curing time can be different from temperature ranges.
  2. If contacts or contains with water, sulfur, nitrogen compounds, organic metallic salts, Sn compounds, phosphorus compounds ,vulcanized rubber, etc. might cause curing faults, careful attention is needed at all times.
  3. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not swallow.
  4. Do not use heat, open flame, sparks or other sources of ignition.
  5. For industrial use only
  6. No shock and vibration
  7. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight. When stored at or below 30℃ in the original unopened containers have a useable life of 12 months from the date of production.
  8. All parts should be as clean and dry as possible prior to applications.
  9. Use product after completely cured.
  10. Keep away from ultraviolet light.
  11. Wear eye protection and protective glove when handling this product. Maintain adequate ventilation in the work place at all times.
  12. Wash thoroughly affected skin areas with mild soap and plenty of water
  13. Do not dispose of the emptied container unless the contents have been completely removed and the container has been flushed with a clean neutral solvent and then dried up.
  14. Use product within shelf life.

7. Safety and Storage

Use the product within 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Store in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of the children.
